The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for leading daily culinary operations for a fine dining restaurant within a full-service resort property. This role drives elevated culinary execution, refined plating standards, and disciplined kitchen leadership while maintaining exceptional quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction in a high-expectation environment.
 
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or strong Executive Sous Chef in a fine dining, high-volume resort or hotel setting
• Demonstrated leadership ability to develop and mentor culinary teams in a detail-driven environment
• Strong understanding of food cost controls, labor management, and systems required for upscale service execution

Responsibilities

• Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring refined execution, presentation standards, and culinary excellence
• Manage staffing, scheduling, ordering, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop seasonal, chef-driven menus aligned with fine dining standards
