Elevated Fast Casual Restaurant is seeking an experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to run the back of house operations.
 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of culinary leadership experience (Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager) in a QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant.
• **This is a Manager and Operator mentality-role. Experience implementing SOPs, training, quality check, food safety, business growth
• Experience managing diverse kitchen teams

Responsibilities:

• Apply and enforce operational procedures to optimize efficiency, quality and a positive work environment
• Conduct daily routines to verify quality, freshness, and readiness before every service Ensure recipes and quality is being upheld
