Qualifications:
- Strong fundamental skills in classical cooking techniques and fine-dining preparation
- Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in Michelin-level kitchens
- Culinary degree preferred or equivalent advanced kitchen leadership experience
Requirements:
- Lead and execute kitchen operations for breakfast and dinner
- Manage ordering, inventory, staff training and development, and all kitchen operations
- Ensure high-quality standards are met and exceeded
