Proven ability to create exciting and memorable dishes
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and vendors
