Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
6-8 years of elevated sushi experience with leadership responsibility across menu, standards, and training
Strong modern sushi skillset with emphasis on quality sourcing, clean technique, and refined execution
Experience working with seasonal, local ingredients and adapting menus to a farm-to-table approach
Comfortable incorporating regional/desert influences into a sushi-driven menu
Private chef experience is acceptable if candidate can execute volume service and lead a team
Strong leadership experience training, mentoring, and maintaining consistency across a team
Comfortable being guest-facing and representing the brand in service and media settings
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
