Salary - $90k-$100k

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee all Talent and human resources functions for a large hospitality group.

Qualifications

3+ years of human resources/talent acquisition experience, preferably within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or seasonal operations
Experience managing onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and personnel processes in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
Experience with HRIS systems, benefits administration, and compliance procedures preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle management for full-time and seasonal team members
Manage recruitment efforts including interviews, hiring coordination, and job description development
Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, and personnel documentation
Coordinate employee benefits administration and support team member inquiries
Partner with department leaders on employee relations, performance management, and staffing needs
Support employee recognition, engagement, and culture-building initiatives across the resort
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
