Salary: $80,000 - $100,000.

High-Volume Full-Service Restaurant seeks a Senior Restaurant Manager to support operations and guest experience.
 
Qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience in high-volume food and beverage operations.
• High-volume, full-service restaurant experience required.
• Strong FOH operations, guest service, and team leadership skills.
• Financial awareness with labor, inventory, sales, and cost control experience.

 
Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and supervisors.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and operational checklists.
• Drive guest satisfaction, team accountability, cleanliness, and consistent execution.
