Upscale Restaurant seeks a Beverage Manager to lead wine, bar operations, revenue growth, and guest engagement.
  
Qualifications:

• 5+ years in high-volume, upscale restaurant beverage leadership.
• Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, bar operations, and beverage profitability.
• Polished, hands-on leader with strong floor presence and team development skills.
• Wine certification and Boston market knowledge preferred.

  
Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve the wine and beverage program to drive revenue and guest engagement.
• Oversee bar operations, cost control, compliance, stock management, and beverage P&L.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sommelier and bar team.
• Support floor service, upselling, and marketing initiatives that increase beverage spend.
