An upscale Mexican restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operation.
 
Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of management experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining restaurants
• Strong floor presence with a guest-first mindset
• Experience leading high-volume service while maintaining elevated hospitality standards
• Solid tenure

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FOH operations including service, staffing, reservations, and scheduling
• Ensure hospitality, service, and operational standards are consistently executed
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service and support the team as needed
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
