We are seeking a talented Sous Chef for an Asian/Latin/ inspired Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a JR Sous Chef, Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in LUXURY hotels or fine-dining restaurant.
 
Qualifications

• A culinary degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as a JR Sous Chef, Chef de Partie in luxury hotel
• Asian/Latin/American Cuisine-Sushi experience is a plus
• Must have good tenure, no more than two jobs in the last four years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the kitchen and collaborate with the entire team
• Working closely with the food and beverage leadership team to design creative menus, and amenity options while ensuring an exceptional product.
• Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
