An award-winning, high-volume restaurant is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations. 
 
Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of management experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining restaurants
• Experience leading high-volume service while maintaining elevated hospitality standards
• Strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership style
• Ability to hire, train, coach, and develop both managers and hourly team members

 
Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations
• Lead and develop FOH managers and hourly team members through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
• Ensure hospitality, service, and operational standards are consistently executed
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service and support the team as needed
