The Restaurant General Manager leads all front-of-house operations for a restaurant in Eagle Pass, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence. This role is responsible for managing and developing a high-performing service team, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering a consistently outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior service leadership role within a hotel, restaurant, or similar high-volume hospitality environment
• Exceptional guest service skills with a demonstrated ability to create and maintain a welcoming, professional, and memorable dining experience aligned with casino brand standards
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing service team while managing daily operational functions

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring consistent service quality, exceptional guest satisfaction, and alignment with the restaurants dining and brand standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop the service team while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Manage daily operational functions including scheduling, inventory, floor management, and collaboration with culinary and casino leadership teams to ensure a seamless dining experience
