French Fine Dining Restaurant seeks a Wine & Service Director to lead polished service and beverage execution.
  
Qualifications:

• Fine-dining service leadership with meaningful front-of-house management scope.
• Deep wine knowledge with beverage ownership across wine, bar standards, and classic cocktails.
• Experience leading sommeliers, bartenders, servers, captains, runners, and host teams.
• Local candidate or immediately workable local logistics required; relocation is not provided.

  
Responsibilities:

• Lead floor-present dinner service with calm, structured, hands-on support for the team.
• Drive service training, pre-shift education, product knowledge, standards, and guest recovery.
• Manage scheduling, payroll review, POS updates, reporting, documentation, and daily administration.
• Oversee wine execution, beverage sales, bar standards, purchasing, inventory, and cost discipline.
