A boutique hotel in Knoxville, TN is looking for a great Director of F&B for their property! 
 
Requirements:

• 4+ years of Director of F&B experience with previous boutique hotels or luxury hotels
• Great attitude and hands on leadership skills- someone who is not afraid to be on the floor and work
• Strong financial acumen. 

Responsibilities: 

• Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations across multiple outlets and events.
• Experience with budget management, food costing, and achieving profitability goals.
• Ability to foster a positive, high-performance kitchen environment.
