Location: Fairfield County / Greenwich, CT.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000.

Coastal-Italian Fine Dining Restaurant seeks a General Manager to lead polished service, teams, and operations.
  
Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, or similar upscale or fine-dining restaurant leader.
• Strong floor presence with expertise in service standards, guest recovery, coaching, and team retention.
• Financial acumen across labor, revenue, cost controls, scheduling, events, and P&L.
• Wine knowledge with reservation platforms, POS systems, SOPs, and NYC or New England exposure preferred.

  
Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations, dining room flow, service standards, and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and retain a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Partner with culinary and beverage leaders on menu knowledge, wine service, and execution.
• Oversee reservations, pacing, guest notes, private dining, events, labor, and operational controls.
