Seeking a passionate and collaborative Registered Dietitian to join our campus dining team. This role will support the health and wellness goals of students by integrating nutritional best practices into our campus dining programs. 
 
 
Qualifications:

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required.
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable required
• Minimum of five (5) years of Dietitian professional work experience preferred. Contract food service, schools, college and business environments strongly preferred.
• General Hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
• Requires strong public speaking skills and ability to plan and deliver audience-appropriate presentations for guests, clients, internal teams, and/or potential clients.
• Knowledge of food labeling laws, allergen protocols, and menu planning software.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills - comfortable engaging with diverse student populations.
• Ability to travel frequently between university campuses with occasional overnight stays.
