A premier fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support daily operations.
 
Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and develop FOH teams
• Wine, cocktail, and elevated service knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support all daily FOH operations including service, staffing, and guest relations
• Lead pre-shifts, coach hourly staff, and maintain premium hospitality standards
• Partner with the GM and leadership team on operational execution, events, and team development
