Southern French Creole Cuisine is a must have
Has managed a team of 25 to 35 staff, generating 15M in food revenues
Good tenure, no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
Responsibilities
Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to control costs and maximize departmental profitability.
Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and guest experience, including tastings for events.
Must have proven culinary expertise with extensive food knowledge, strong organizational abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
