Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
Prior sushi experience in a restaurant or club environment
Experience supporting banquets and events preferred
Ability to execute prep efficiently and consistently in a high-volume setting
Comfortable working across multiple service formats including a la carte and events
Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and station organization
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Requirements:
Reliable and focused with the ability to complete prep lists independently
Calm under pressure during busy and event-heavy service periods
Team-first attitude with strong communication skills
Maintains a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
