$78,000 - $85,000

Upscale, high-volume restaurant group is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.
Qualifications:
4+ years of Sous Chef experience in upscale or high-volume kitchens
Strong leadership skills with experience managing labor, food cost, and kitchen systems
Strong tenure- 2 years per role.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations while ensuring consistency, execution, and food quality standards
Train, mentor, and develop BOH teams in a fast-paced, polished environment
Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor controls alongside Executive Chef leadership
