Fine Dining restaurant  is seeking a polished and hospitality-driven Floor Manager to oversee service execution.
 

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of leadership experience in upscale casual or fine dining restaurants
• Strong floor presence with a guest-first mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee floor operations during service while ensuring hospitality standards are maintained
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and daily operational support
• Work closely with FOH and BOH leadership teams to ensure smooth and seamless service
