Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant
Experience overseeing $10-15M+ in annual revenue with strong command of P&L, labor, and COGS
Proven ability to mentor, develop, and retain staff across all levels of the organization
Strong operational background including:
Beverage inventory management, ordering, and cost control
Managing service flow, table turns, and guest experience during peak periods
Handling long waits and lines during high-volume seasonal service
Comfortable working in a highly hands-on leadership role and being consistently present on the floor during service
Must already live in the Hamptons/South Fork area or within a reasonable commuting distance to Sagaponack
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
