Salary: $65,000 base + 2% of banquet sales (total comp ~$90,000)

A premier golf club in Nashville is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead culinary operations.
 
Qualifications:
 

• 3-5+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in a golf club, country club, hotel, or high-volume banquet environment
• Strong experience with banquet and event execution, including weddings, tournaments, and member events
• Proven ability to manage food and labor costs, inventory, and kitchen operations
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead, train, and develop BOH teams

 
Responsibilities:
 
 

• Oversee all culinary operations including à la carte dining, member events, and high-volume banquets
• Lead and develop kitchen staff, ensuring consistency, quality, and execution
• Plan and execute menus for daily service, tournaments, and private events
• Collaborate with club leadership to enhance member experience and event offerings
