The Restaurant Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations for a high-volume sports bar within a full-service resort property. This role ensures energetic service execution, strong floor leadership, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, game-day driven environment.
 
 
Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a high-volume sports bar, casual dining, or entertainment-driven concept
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced setting
• Solid understanding of labor controls, bar operations, and high-volume service standards

Responsibilities

• Support daily FOH operations, ensuring efficient service, strong guest engagement, and revenue optimization
• Lead pre-shift meetings, staffing coordination, and performance accountability initiatives
• Partner with culinary and bar leadership to manage costs, drive promotions, and maintain operational consistency
