High-volume neighborhood Italian restaurant seeks Executive Chef to lead BOH operations and elevate team execution.

Qualifications:

• Italian-focused culinary background, including regional cuisine, fresh pasta, and pizza production.
• Minimum 4 years as an Executive Chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong kitchen and people management skills with proven training and development ability.
• Highly organized communicator with a track record of building and executing skill development plans.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent quality, presentation, and speed of service.
• Lead, train, and develop BOH staff to maintain an efficient, professional, high-performing team.
• Drive prep, mise en place, and service execution to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Manage food and labor controls while maintaining sanitation and safety compliance.
