Location - Miami, FL
Salary - $120,000-$130,000 + KPI Bonus (up to 20%) + Relocation

Seeking a versatile, knife-in-hand Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at upscale waterfront hotel in Miami!
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Executive Chef or strong Executive Sous Chef in a luxury hotel environment.
Proven leadership overseeing multiple kitchens including restaurants, banquets, stewarding, and pool operations.
Strong financial acumen with ownership mentality over food cost, labor, and overall kitchen performance.
Hands-on presence — visible during prep and service, actively mentoring and developing the team.
Experience in both hotel and standalone restaurant environments required.
