Salary: $22 - $30 per hour (approx. $55,000 - $75,000 annually depending on hours and overtime).
High-volume fine-dining restaurant in Beverly Hills seeks a Senior Line Cook to execute high-volume service with speed and precision; local candidates only.
Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years line experience in upscale or high-volume kitchens.
• Strong technical foundation, including knife skills and station execution.
• Consistent performance under pressure with strong timing and attention to detail.
• Leadership mindset with professionalism and accountability on the line.
• Must have permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities:

• Execute dishes to exact recipe and plating specifications during service.
• Lead by example on the line and support junior cooks with coaching and pacing.
• Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and service-ready prep levels.
• Communicate proactively with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service flow.
