The Restaurant Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations for a fine dining restaurant within a full-service resort property. This role ensures elevated service standards, polished guest experiences, and operational excellence in a high-touch, detail-driven environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience in a management role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and floor presence with the ability to coach and develop service teams
• Solid understanding of labor management, scheduling, and guest satisfaction metrics

Responsibilities

• Support daily FOH operations, ensuring refined service execution and guest experience excellence
• Lead pre-shift meetings, staff development, and performance accountability initiatives
• Partner with culinary and senior leadership to drive revenue, cost control, and operational consistency
