Strong banquet background, has worked in banquet operations of at least 100k of meeting space
Has Managed a team of 40+ across Hot/Cold & Pastry
Has worked in Banquet operations that generated over 20 million in Banquet Revenues
Good tenure, no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
A culinary degree is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to control costs and maximize departmental profitability.
Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and guest experience, including tastings for events.
Must have proven culinary expertise with extensive food knowledge, strong organizational abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
