A growing restaurant group is looking for a great Sous Chef for their new Mediterranean concept opening in McLean, VA in April 2026! 
 
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in upscale restaurant operations, Mediterranean experience highly preferred. 
• Positive, collaborative leadership style and the ability to build and train teams.
• Strong communication skills and experience with new restaurant openings.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Sous Chef with all culinary operations and execution
• Lead daily production, quality control, and kitchen organization
• Train and mentor back-of-house staff to uphold brand and culinary standards
• Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
