Full-service hotel looking to add a Banquet Sous Chef to their team.
 
 
Qualifications: 

• Minimum of three years experience in a banquet chef role 
• Good leadership skills
• Must have ability to read and understand BEOs. Must have the ability to delegate tasks if necessary based on level of  business.

 
Responsibilities: 

• Supervise the banquet kitchen operation but not limited to, coordination of new menu ideas and utilization of products.\
• maximize customer satisfaction, oversee food preparation, ordering for upcoming events, planning.
• Lead the team to ensure excellent execution.
