Seeking a refined, knife-in-hand sous chef to help the culinary program for a luxury boutique hotel. 
 
Qualifications

• Proven fine dining experience with strong exposure to banquets or event-driven service in a luxury or boutique setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in a professional kitchen, including supervising cooks, managing prep and service execution, and mentoring team members.
• Strong operational foundation in food safety, inventory control, and multi-outlet or high-expectation environments, supported by ServSafe or equivalent certification.

 
Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations, ensuring every plate meets fine dining standards for execution, consistency, and presentation.
• Oversee and develop the culinary team during service, maintaining smooth workflow across restaurant and banquet functions while upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage production, inventory, and ordering to control costs, minimize waste, and ensure readiness for seasonal menus, special events, and dietary accommodations.
