Seeking a dynamic, creative Corporate Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and standards across a growing restaurant group .
Qualifications:
Minimum 7-10 years experience as an Executive Chef or Corporate Chef within upscale or fine dining restaurant groups. Strong background in Italian cuisine and steakhouse programs. Experience developing menus and maintaining standards across multiple restaurant concepts. Michelin-star restaurant experience during career strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead culinary direction, menu development, and kitchen standards across multiple concepts. Maintain consistency in quality, execution, and presentation throughout all restaurants. Mentor and develop Executive Chefs and kitchen leadership teams. Oversee product sourcing, vendor partnerships, and cost controls. Collaborate with ownership and leadership on concept development and new openings.
