 A growing hospitality group is looking for a Executive Sous Chef for their upscale seafood restaurant in Nashville, TN! 
 
Qualifications 

• 4+ years of Sr. Sous Chef or CDC experience 
• Upscale/fine dining restaurant operation experience a must 
• High volume experience a must
• Strong leadership skills and strong work tenure 

Responsibilities 

• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating cuisine, ensuring adherence to authentic recipes and high-quality standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff members, fostering a positive work culture and encouraging professional growth.
• Assist in inventory control, overseeing stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh and authentic ingredients.
