New upscale, high-volume Steakhouse opening in Midtown Manhattan seeks a Sous Chef to help lead daily operations.
Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Line Cook and/or Sous Chef in high-volume, elevated dining.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a BOH team of 10+.
• Steakhouse experience preferred; strong butchery, grilling, and standards-driven execution.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Chef in leading daily BOH operations for a ~20-person team.
• Maintain recipe, quality, sanitation, and prep systems to ensure consistent service (300+ covers/day).
• Train, coach, and hold the line accountable while supporting a smooth new-opening launch.
