High-volume upscale Lebanese restaurant in NoMad known for polished service, large-format dining, and strong wine culture.
 
Qualifications:

• Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
• 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service concept (GM-level preferred)
• Strong command of both FOH and BOH operations including service standards, inventory, food safety, and team supervision
• Proven ability to manage restaurant profitability including labor, COGS, and full P&L ownership
• Experience building, training, and mentoring high-performing teams while maintaining accountability and strong service culture
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge with the ability to train staff on product knowledge and upselling
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, forecasting, and operational reporting
• Comfortable leading service from the floor and resolving guest issues during high-volume peak services
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
