A high-volume, upscale restaurant concept is seeking a Restaurant Manager to help lead their team.
 
Qualifications:
 

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a structured, high-volume restaurant environment
• Leads from the front and is comfortable being hands-on during peak service
• Demonstrates strong ownership mentality and accountability in daily operations

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily front-of-house operations while maintaining strong hospitality and service standards
• Coach, train, and develop team members while supporting a culture of accountability and professionalism
• Maintain an active presence on the floor during service to support the team and elevate the guest experience
