Qualifications: Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers) Minimum 2-3 years of consistent tenure in each prior management role Experience overseeing $10-15M+ in annual revenue with strong command of P&L and operations Proven ability to mentor, develop, and retain staff across multiple levels of the organization Strong operational background, particularly in beverage inventory management and service flow Comfortable leading high-volume service in an upscale-casual restaurant environment Ability to help lead training and team development during a transition into a new expanded location Candidates based in or able to commute to the East End of Long Island strongly preferred Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
