High-end, high-volume restaurant seeks Executive Chef to lead culinary execution and financial performance.


Qualifications:

• 8-15+ years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume kitchens.
• Fine dining and/or high-end Asian cuisine experience strongly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost controls.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop large BOH teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all BOH operations and culinary strategy while maintaining brand standards.
• Lead hiring, training, and development to elevate execution and team performance.
• Manage food and labor cost targets, vendor partnerships, and purchasing oversight.
• Develop seasonal menus and special programming while ensuring consistent plating and quality control.
