AAA-4 Diamond Hotel seeks an Executive Chef for their property
Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef in a full-service Hotel, Resort or Country Club
• Manage 2.5M in Banquets with 30k of meeting space and 1.5M in Two Restaurants and Room Service
• Good Tenure, Culinary Degree is strongly preferred, Union Experience is a plus but not Necessary

Responsibilities

• Manage $4M in F&B revenue, leading two Sous Chefs and a team of 20 while controlling inventory and costs and maximizing profitability through smart procurement and menu engineering
• Ensure consistent quality in food preparation, presentation, and overall guest experience, including tastings for groups and weddings
• Bring proven culinary expertise with strong knowledge, solid organizational skills, and clear written and verbal communication, while collaborating closely with all hotel departments and managers.
