A local hospitality group is looking for a General Manager for their new Italian opening in St. Petersburg, FL! 
 
Requirements: 

• 3-4 years of General Management experience in upscale restaurant operations.
• High volume experience a must.
• New restaurant opening experience a plus. 

Responsibilities: 
 

• Drive company goals and objectives through clear communication, structured training, coaching, and team development. 
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain back-of-house standards and compliance.
• Maintain restaurant ambiance and overall guest experience standards.
• Review financial statements, sales reports, and operational data to evaluate performance, drive productivity, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
