Restaurant General Manager
Location: Big Sky, Montana
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + 10% bonus

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
• Background in high-volume luxury resort, hotel, or private club dining environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

Requirements:

• Ability to lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations and deliver elevated guest experiences
• Experience managing staff, scheduling, labor controls, and seasonal resort operations (including outdoor dining or food truck concepts)
• Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations and memorable guest experiences
• Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available)
