The Restaurant Director of Operations is a senior hospitality leader responsible for overseeing a fine dining outlet within a high-volume property. This role is instrumental in leading a new restaurant opening, building operational infrastructure, and driving revenue performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Proven restaurant leadership experience with required new opening experience
• Strong background managing high-volume operations
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and driving financial performance

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence, brand consistency, and operational efficiency
• Oversee new concept opening, including hiring, training, SOP development, and launch execution
• Drive revenue growth through labor management, cost control, and performance accountability.
