A beautiful luxury resort in Bluffton, SC is looking for a great Executive Steward to add to their team! 
 
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of similar experience in Stewarding and Banquets in luxury hotels/multi unit operations
• In-depth knowledge of stewarding service techniques and cost control (labor, productivity, expenses).
• Strong ability to anticipate team and departmental needs from a big-picture perspective.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all heart-of-house operations for the resort's food and beverage department.
• Develop and manage scheduling, training programs, and ongoing development for stewarding team members.
• Manage inventory and oversee storage for all banquet and F&B equipment and supplies. Coordinate daily with culinary and F&B leadership to ensure smooth operations and accurate inventory management.
