Elevated Quick-Service group is seeking an experienced Executive General Manager to be part of their growth and operations
 
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in QSR, fast-casual, or
  high-volume restaurant environments
• Experience with cost controls, scheduling, budgets, inventory
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular full restaurant walkthroughs, reviewing our system reports and coaching the teams on how to run at a high level.
• Recruit, train, coach, and support a high-performing team focused on guest satisfaction and kitchen operational quality & consistency
• Conduct teams across multiple stations, keeping communication clear and the system organized.
