Looking for next-level Executive Chef to lead the opening of an exciting new fine dining steak/seafood restaurant concept.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

experience as an Executive Chef with at least one successful restaurant opening
Strong background in menu development with demonstrated creativity and execution
Ability to build a kitchen team from the ground up — hiring, training, and culture development
Advanced understanding of food cost control, labor management, and P&L oversight
Experience designing kitchen systems, SOPs, prep structures, and service flow
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume service without compromising quality
Deep knowledge of sourcing, vendor negotiations, and inventory management
Strong leadership presence — decisive, accountable, and hands-on
