A boutique hotel in Mobile, AL is looking for a Director of F&B to add to their team! 
 
Requirements:

• 3+ years of director level experience ideally within similar boutique hotel properties 
• Great leadership skills with high energy and a passion for mentorship and training.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with hands-on P&L experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop pre-opening timelines, hiring plans, training programs, and operational SOPs. 
• Direct daily operations of all F&B outlets ensuring service, quality, and brand consistency.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing management and hourly teams.
