Coastal Italian-inspired waterfront restaurant in Miami, FL is looking for an Executive Chef to join their team! 
 
Qualifications: 
 

• Italian cuisine experience is required 
• At least 5 years leading teams 
• Proven/long term/verifiable tenure
• No more than 3 jobs in last 5 years
• Volume experience of $20M

 
Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and lead all back-of-house operations for a $30M coastal Italian concept
• Drive consistency, quality, and creativity across all menu offerings
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold the restaurant's elevated standards
• Ensure all culinary operations meet brand, safety, and sanitation guidelines
