The Vice President of Player Development is a senior-level, hands-on individual contributor responsible for driving high-value player relationships and revenue growth. This role manages a personal book of business across the Pacific Northwest, focusing on acquisition, retention, and loyalty of top-tier casino guests.
 
Qualifications

• Extensive experience in casino Player Development with a proven high-value book of business
• Strong relationship-building skills with VIP and premium players across regional markets
• Ability to operate independently while aligning with broader property and corporate goals

Responsibilities

• Personally manage and grow a portfolio of high-worth players throughout the Pacific Northwest
• Drive gaming revenue through direct outreach, personalized service, and strategic reinvestment
• Partner with property leadership to align player strategies with promotions, events, and amenities
