Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing a kitchen within an $8M+ annual revenue operation
- Strong ability to execute, uphold, and train teams on established recipes and culinary standards
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Manage, train, and mentor back-of-house staff to maintain high performance and adherence to standards
- Oversee food safety, sanitation, and compliance
- Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control initiatives
- Collaborate with ownership and management to uphold brand standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience
